Refund & Return Policy

At Hadley Crochet, every order is carefully prepared and processed specifically for our customers. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and production and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- Changed your mind
- No longer want the item
- Ordered by mistake
- Personal preference
- Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout
- Failed to collect the package from the carrier
Please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing checkout.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or free replacements may only be approved in the following situations:
1. Item Arrived Damaged
If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
3. Package Lost In Transit
If the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Package Not Delivered
If tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Hadley Crochet is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs inspections, holidays, transportation issues, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to submit all order information, tracking records, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and policy agreements as evidence to dispute the claim.
